Shaanxi has actively participated in the Belt and Road Initiative, increasing the number of China-Europe freight train trips by an annual average of 12.8% over the past three years. Its international trade volume has grown at an average annual rate of 14.2% over the last decade, Governor Zhao Gang said at a press briefing Thursday.
