The preliminary round of medicine and healthcare track of the HICOOL 2024 Global Entrepreneurship Competition kicked off in Beijing's Daxing district on July 4.
The contest, running from June 4-7, has attracted a total of 388 projects from across the globe to compete at the Daxing Biomedicine Industrial Base.
Daxing has been hosting the preliminary round of medicine and healthcare track of the HICOOL competition since 2022. Regarded as an important platform to invite global talents and boost regional development, the competition is a stage for Daxing to showcase its unique charm and potential to the world.
At the launching ceremony, Yang Guozhong, co-founder and deputy general manager of Zhongke Microneedle Beijing Technology Co., Ltd., a previous HICOOL winning project, shared the company's rapid development experience in Daxing district.
Daxing plans to continue leveraging HICOOL to attract high-level international projects, innovative enterprises and high-quality professionals.
