The Greater Wutong Ecological Integrated Development Zone is a burgeoning landmark in the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), known for its emphasis on "green and low-carbon" and "eco-tourism." Upholding principles of low-density development and leveraging its natural landscape, Luohu district is working diligently to create an eco-economic hub that promotes high-quality development of the service industry throughout the region.

Zhong Xiangcheng, the founder of Shenzhen Passing-Cloud Resort Group, shared exciting news about the upcoming Wutong Mountains Passing-Cloud Resort Homestay. "Set to commence operations by the end of 2024, this homestay blends Shenzhen's unique characteristics with the ecological tapestry of Wutong Mountaind," Zhong reveals. "Guests will be treated to breathtaking views of verdant mountains and clear waters right from their windows, offering a tranquil escape in the heart of nature.”

Strategic planning by Luohu has earmarked the Dawutong area for a cluster of hotels, aiming to create a premier ecological experience zone that integrates wellness, conferences, and nature exploration. In collaboration with Hong Kong, efforts are underway to construct an ecological corridor, expanding new leisure spaces for outdoor enthusiasts.

Beyond being a picturesque tourist spot, the northern plots of the Greater Wutong area boast rapid access to Wutong Mountain, Liantang Port, and Shenzhen North Station.

The exceptional transportation network paves the way for international conferences accommodating thousands, poised to introduce a fresh brand of Luohu to the global stage.

Today, the Greater Wutong Ecological Integrated Development Zone is actively planning a diverse array of eco-friendly and amiable business forms, striving to create a new beacon of integrated development for production, life, and ecology.
