BEIJING, July 2 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Super League (CSL) club Shandong Taishan announced on Tuesday that defender Ji Xiang has been loaned to Nanjing City, a Chinese second-tier league club.

Alongside Ji, goalkeeper Han Rongze was also loaned out by the Shandong outfit. He has joined the CSL side Cangzhou Mighty Lions, the Shandong club said in a brief statement.

Both players' loan terms will expire at the end of this year, according to the statement.

Ji, a former Chinese international, joined the Shandong side in 2021 from Jiangsu Suning, which folded after claiming their first CSL title in the 2020 season.

He won the CSL title in 2022 and the Chinese FA Cup the following season with the Shandong team. Enditem
