Chinese Super League club Shandong Taishan announced on Tuesday that their striker Zeca will come back from injury late this month.
The Brazilian hitman, who has been recovering in Brazil from a right knee surgery, will join up with the team on July 20, the Shandong club said in a statement.
He picked up a serious knee injury in a training after he was introduced to the Shandong side in January. He was then sent back to Brazil to receive an operation.
"Hopefully Zeca can improve his fitness soon by training hard and help the team win more games," the Shandong club said in the statement.
Shandong Taishan currently sit fifth in the CSL table, 15 points behind the pacesetters Shanghai Port.
