Frog





The frog is famous for its big eyes, but very few people know why in fact its eyes are protruding. Under the water surface, the frog's protruding eyes can better observe anything that happens above the water. When it closes its eyes, the eyes are drawn back, covered by three eyelids, one opaque and two half-transparent.
