Construction of Gen III NPP Fleet on a Large Scale
Currently, Gen III reactors dominate the world landscape of nuclear reactor construction. China takes the lead in building Gen III reactors. Four AP1000 units and two EPR units have been built. The world's first Hualong One (HPR1000) reactor has been connected to the grid. Another ten Hualong One units are under construction in China, and two Hualong One units are under construction in Pakistan. As of December 2020, 19 Gen III nuclear power units had been operational worldwide, of which 7 are in China; and 37 Gen III nuclear power units were under construction worldwide, of which China had 10 under construction and 2 exported to Pakistan.
三代核电规模化发展
当前，三代核电已成为全球在建核电的主要机型。在世界三代核电机型中，中国率先建成 4台 AP1000机组、 2台 EPR机组；华龙一号全球首堆已并网成功。 10台华龙一号机组正在国内建设， 2台华龙一号机组正在巴基斯坦建设。截至 2020年 12月，全球已投运三代核电机组 19台，其中中国 7台；全球在建三代核电机组 37台，其中中国 10台，出口巴基斯坦 2台。
